Processors and transfers
Some data passes through third-party processors — hosting infrastructure and an analytics tool — under contracts that limit what they can do with it. We do not sell data to advertisers, and we do not pass your contact-form details to the casino operator we write about.
Where a processor is based outside the UK, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised under UK data protection law.
Exercising your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the data we hold on you, ask for a portable copy, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any point. Email [email protected] with your request and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, the UK's supervisory authority for data protection.
Retention
We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the query it relates to, then delete it. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting before being purged automatically.
Under-18s
This site is restricted to visitors aged 18+, in line with the gambling content it covers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age, and any account holder found to be underage will have their data removed.
Changes to this notice
We update this policy when our data practices change and post the revised version here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
